Tokyo Jihen - 2005.06.24 - Pop Jam

Some weeks before the release of the Dynamite In and Dynamite Out DVDs, Tokyo Jihen were the guests of this Pop Jam episode. This 40 minute program is very amusing because it's a trip around Tokyo, mainly the Taitou ward, with Shiina Ringo, Seiji Kameda and Mikio Hirama. Gotta love them riding the pandas. There are also many clips from Dynamite Out performances included.
It's also important to note that soon after this, both Hirama (guitarist) and HZM (keyboard) left the band and were replaced by Ukigumo and Ichiyo Izawa, respectively.

Tokyo Jihen - 2006.01.27 - Bokura no Ongaku 2

Tokyo Jihen were featured in this episode of Bokura no Ongaku 2, back in 2006. Besides performing three songs, Shiina Ringo had an interview with the famous kabuki actor Nakamura Kenzaburou XVIII, to whom she gave the song "浴室" (Yokushitsu) to be used in the March 2006 play 東海道四谷怪談 (Tokaido Yotsuya Kaidan) and the song "玉手箱" (Tamatebako) to be used as the ending theme of the June 2007 play 三人吉三 (Sannin Kichisa).
The whole program is abundant with glamour and Ringo wore very nice dresses, but the performances' quality is a bit lacking, in my opinion.

02 - 修羅場 (Shuraba)

PS - The audio rips were not made by me. They were found in a old blog that is now inactive, as far as I know.

Tokyo Jihen - 2007.08.18 - J-WAVE LIVE 2000+7

This is actually kind of hard to label, because it's a Ken Hirai concert in the J-WAVE LIVE 2000+7 set of concerts and Shiina Ringo sings "Sha La La" with him, to be joined later by Ukigumo and Izawa for "Killer Tune".
Yet, since this occured during the Variety promotion, I'm putting it under Tokyo Jihen.

Concert Date: 2007.08.18
TV Broadcast: 2007.10.13

Shiina Ringo - Ryuukou PV

It looks like someone decided to have the "Ryuukou" PV released before Seiteki Healing 4, either EMI or Ringo herself. It does make sense to do so, seeing how it is one most radio-friendly tracks on the album. I just wonder why they don't announce these things (at least that I'm aware of).

As for my opinion on the PV, Ringo did say the production team was short on cash and it is obvious that there isn't much going on in this video. It's not nearly as amazing as it could have been, considering the potential of the song, but the truth is I've seen much worse (read "Kenka Joutou" PV) and at least Ringo is showing this Beyoncéish attitude that puts a smile on my face.

Shiina Ringo - Sanmon Gossip Promotion Interviews

Four different interviews Ringo did for TV shows during the month of June 2009, in promotion of her album Sanmon Gossip. I found these around the net and made my own encode. They're kind of interesting... if you understand japanese, that is. I put them here mostly for the obsessive type of collector.

June 15 - Mezanyu Hama SONG
June 24 - Sakigage! Ongaku Banzuke
June 26 - Music Update
June 27 - JAPAN COUNTDOWN
June 27 - Ousama no Brunch

Update: Added the Music Update episode on July 10. Got it from jpopsuki.

Shiina Ringo - 2009.06.20 - SSTV V.I.P.

Shiina Ringo was featured in the Space Shower TV V.I.P. special program, for the month of June 2009.
The program consists mostly of interviews regarding Sanmon Gossip and her collaborators, like Mummy-D, Soil & Pimp Sessions, J.A.M and Ikeda Takafumi. Presented in the program are also the PVs for "Ariamaru Tomi" and "Shun".
I reckon this video would be more useful if it was made available in it's broadcast date (3 days before Sanmon Gossip's release).

Download (MP4 H264 684x448)

One slightly important thing about this program is that Mummy-D confirms the pronunciation of the first track of Sanmon Gossip: Ryuukou.

Shiina Ringo - 1999.11.07 - Manabiya Xstasy

Most fans already have the audio recording of the Manabiya Xstasy concert in November 02 (1999), a great tour Ringo did in her early days in four different schools in Japan.
What I also got is the recording of November 07 (1999). While the setlist is the same and the arrangements don't differ at all, this recording provides much better sound quality than the other one. It also includes all the MCs and Introduction. So after cropping the tracks better (in the original files I got some songs were split between two files), here it is for your enjoyment.

Tour: 学舎エクスタシー (Manabiya Xstasy)
Venue: 昭和女子大学人見記念講堂 (Showa Women's University Hitomi Memorial Hall)
Date: 1999.11.07
01 - Introduction
02 - U.F.O
03 - 喪興瑠怒 (So Cold)
04 - 丸の内サディスティック (Marunouchi Sadistic)
05 - アイデンティティ (Identity)
06 - MC1
07 - 乳頭デストロイヤー (Nyuutou Destroyer)
08 - あおぞら (Aozora)
09 - 輪廻ハイライト (Rinne Highlight)
10 - 警告 (Keikoku)
11 - MC2
12 - 果物の部屋 (Kudamono no Heya)
13 - Σ (Sigma)
14 - メロウ (Mellow)
15 - 積木遊び (Tsumiki Asobi)
16 - 不幸自慢 (Fukou Jiman)
17 - MC3
18 - 東京の女 (Tokyo no Onna)
19 - Creep
20 - 幸福論(悦楽編) (Koufukuron (Etsuraku-hen))
21 - 歌舞伎町の女王 (Kabukichou no Joou)
22 - MC4
23 - シドと白昼夢 (Sid to Hakuchuumu)
24 - Audience Cheering

Download (MP3 VBR5 135kbs)

The original files I found were in CBR 128kbs, so there's not much I can do about it. Some of the "crackle" you hear are actually claps, from what I can tell.
Here is the Wikipedia page with some information about the Hitomi Memorial Hall.

PS - There's a slight cut in the middle of "Kabukichou no Joou".

There is some speculation regarding the 6th video in Seiteki Healing 4. The most reasonable one says that it will be a music video or credits roll for the new version of "Mittei Monogatari" included in the Vinyl, considering what happen with Tokyo Jihen's "Put Your Camera Down". Other people speculate, unreasonably, that it will be a video for "Tamatebako", the song Ringo wrote for the kabuki show "Tokaido Yotsuya Kaidan" back in 2007.

EDIT: Hmm, my friend papi noticed something about these two covers...

UPDATE (2009.07.17): The 6th video on Seiteki Healing 4 has been confirmed and included in the tracklist above.

Tokyo Jihen - Underground Love Translation

Here is my translation for the manga "Underground Love" found on Dynamite Out's booklet.
